मध्यप्रदेश सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री यंग प्रोफेशनल फॉर डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम (The Chief Minister’s Young Professionals for Development Programme) के अंतर्गत कुल 58 पोस्ट के लिए वैकेंसी निकाली है. राज्य सरकार रिसर्च एसोसिएट और एडवायजर की पोस्ट पर यंग प्रोफेशनल्स की भर्ती कर रही है. सरकार युवाओं को एक साल के लिए कांट्रेक्ट बेसिस पर सीधी नियुक्ती देने जा रही है. इन यंग प्रोफेशनल्स को राज्य सरकार की प्लानिंग, एग्जीक्यूशन, इंप्लीमेंशन में बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेंदारी दी जा रही है. इन पोस्ट पर 45 वर्ष तक के आयु लोग आवेदन कर सकते है. राज्य सरकार के द्वारा 60 हजार रूपये सैलरी भी दी जायेगी. इच्छुक एवं योग्य उम्मीदवारों से रिसर्च एसोसिएट और एडवायजर की पोस्ट पर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए है. 24 अगस्त से ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रारंभ हो गए है. आवेदन की लास्ट डेट 13 सितंबर 2021 निर्धारित है…

पात्रता शर्ते- Eligibility Criterion
Research Associate– रिसर्च एसोसिएट की पोस्ट के लिए आवेदन करने वाले आवेदक के पास 60 प्रशिशत अंकों के साथ ग्रेज्युशन/पोस्ट ग्रेज्युशन की डिग्री होना चाहिये. आवेदक के पास एडवांस एनालिटिकल स्किल्स होना चाहिये.कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन का जानकार होना चाहिये. हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी पर कमांड होना चाहिये. इन भाषाओं में वर्क आसानी से कर सकता हो. पूर्व में राज्य सरकार/केंद्र सरकार या विश्वस्तरीय संस्थान में रिसर्च एसोसिएट के तौर पर काम कर चुका हो. Advisor- एडवायजर की पोस्ट के लिए आवेदक के पास 60 प्रशिशत अंकों के साथ ग्रेज्युशन/पोस्ट ग्रेज्युएशन की डिग्री होना चाहिये. एससी/एसटी के आवेदकों को क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स में छूट दी जायेगी. आवेदक के पास एडवांस एनालिटिकल स्किल्स होना चाहिये.कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन का जानकार होना चाहिये. हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी पर कमांड होना चाहिये. इन भाषाओं में वर्क आसानी से कर सकता हो. आवेदक के पास कम से कम 6 वर्ष का अनुभव गर्वनमेंट/सेमी गर्वनमेंट/प्राइवेट सेक्टर में होना चाहिये. आवेदक की लास्ट सैलरी 50 हजार होना चाहिये. एडवायजर के पद पर 25 से 40 वर्ष तक के आयु लोग आवेदन कर सकते है. आयु में विभिन्न कैटेगरी में छूट दी गई है…
Compensation: सैलरी
Research Associates की पोस्ट के लिए राज्य सरकार के द्वारा 40 हजार रूपये सैलरी दी जायेगी. वहीं Advisors की पोस्ट के लिए 60 हजार रूपये सैलरी दी जायेगी. इसी तरह AIGGPA Service Rules के अनुसार अन्य तरह के अलाउंसेस भी दिये जायेंगे.
Selection Procedure : चयन प्रक्रिया
- एमपी ऑनलाइन के द्वारा आवेदन स्वीकार किए जायेंगे
- भोपाल में कंप्यूटर बेस्ट टेस्ट लिया जायेगा.
- स्कोर के आधार पर मैरिट लिस्ट तैयार होगी.
- मैरिट लिस्ट के आधार इंटरव्यू के लिए आमंत्रित किया जायेगा, उसके बाद अंतिम लिस्ट जारी होगी.
- राज्य सरकार के नियमों के मुताबिक आरक्षण दिया जायेगा.
- अप्लीकेशन चार्ज 170 रूपये प्लस जीएसटी आवेदक को देना होगा.

What is The Chief Minister’s Young Professionals for Development Programme- मुख्यमंत्री यंग प्रोफेशनल फॉर डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम क्या है?
The Chief Minister’s Young Professionals for Development Programme is an opportunity for young graduates/post graduates and professionals to work with the government. The Programme, like the fellowship programmes of other states, aims to equip aspiring Young Professionals with an in depth understanding of the complexity of the governance and development processes through district and village level immersion in a wide range of institutions dealing with regulation, health, education, infrastructure, urban and rural development and social security. These young professionals will help identify problems in the design of programmes, schemes and implementation processes through rigorously structured research projects, so that necessary improvements can be made at the policy and implementation levels. 52 Young Professionals (Research Associates) will be placed in each of the districts of Madhya Pradesh to gather objective feedback on the functioning of the Government. They will be guided in their work by 6 dedicated Mentors(Advisors) who will be located at Bhopal and will work closely with the government departments at the policy making level. This young team will work on projects in areas of government activity having maximum impact on the citizens .Such projects would cover issues of governance which would include accountability, enforcement of the rule of law, improving the quality and effectiveness of public service delivery, control of corruption etc. Specific projects may include improving the quality of education, improving child nutrition, improving the quality of health care, mitigation of poverty, creating livelihood opportunities, improving the service quality of government offices etc. While the appointees would be working at the field level, collecting evidence on definite, structured projects designed to examine specific policies and evaluate schemes and government programmes, they would also be required to innovatively look at the functioning of the government system and raise issues through working papers, which could be published by the institute. Such papers could lead to further research and policy work. To be eligible for the Programme, the prospective candidate must have the desired academic qualification from a reputed institution with a good academic record of 60% and above in graduation and post-graduation. Candidates must have creative, innovative and out of the box thinking; must demonstrate advanced analytical and problem solving skills; have an aptitude for working in teams and be able to engage with diverse stakeholders. The job demands extensive travelling. The duration of the programme will be for one year on contract basis.
